On Wednesday the 26th and Thursday the 27th, at lunchtime, the prestigious Bodega Sidras Aburuza from Aduna, Gipuzkoa, has opened a branch in Churriana de la Vega to serve the classic Basque cider house menu: txistorra (thin Basque sausage) cooked in cider and bacon as starters. Then comes the famous salt cod omelette, moist and just a little runny without being liquid, and some exquisite fried salt cod chunks with green peppers.
