Entrepreneurship runs in the veins of Paco Candel, owner of the Palmondoa grill house and cider house, just as the restaurant trade does. He did not think twice when, in April this year, he decided to open the doors of a concept completely different from anything already in Arnedo, taking advantage of the scarce dining options in this part of La Rioja Baja. He listened to the requests and tastes of the people of Arnedo, who regularly travel to Astigarraga to enjoy what Basque cider houses have to offer, and brought it to Arnedo with a project that combines tradition and modernity in the warmth of the embers.
