This harvest, Petritegi has produced 1 million litres of juice for all the products the cider maker sells: from natural ciders to sparkling ciders, by way of modern-style ciders, and organic apple juice. The Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin ciders are made entirely from native apples, and for the rest of the range up to 70% of the apples come from local suppliers.
