The Basque Competition Authority (AVC) is investigating whether the Basque Country’s Association of Notaries and the Regulatory Council of the Euskal Sagardoa (cider) Designation of Origin have made a “collective price recommendation” in their respective fields.
This was revealed on Monday by the authority’s president, Alba Urresola, who appeared before a parliamentary committee to present the AVC’s 2023 Action Plan and its 2022 annual report, the year in which the body celebrated its tenth anniversary.
Private coaches arriving in Hernani on Saturdays from 24 January to 9 May may only stop on the Ibaiondo industrial estate, with a prior booking and a fee of 60 or 100 euros, while the Provincial Council adds extra services on the lines from San Sebastián
