Pradilla held its fiestas in honour of Saint Sebastian from 6 to 10 September, with a great atmosphere and plenty of participation. Events began on Wednesday with the opening speech by the Los Goris peña (fiesta club), followed by the parade of cabezudos (big-headed figures), the peñas’ procession through the streets, and a bonfire and mobile disco at night.

On Thursday the patron saint’s day was celebrated with a procession with the dancers and a mass sung by the rondalla (string ensemble). In the afternoon, before the concert, the mayor, Raúl Moncín, presented a commemorative plaque to local livestock farmer José Luis Cuartero in recognition of his career. This was followed by the ‘Sidra-Fest’ dance, with the true atmosphere and flavour of Basque cider houses, cider and Basque pintxos to taste, and music from the Riau Riau brass band.
