Where it shows
To appear on the home page, the listing needs a photo and a description: we’ll help you with both.

What doesn’t change
Customers call or write to you. We don’t charge per booking or per head.
Listings with a plan carry the “Featured” label. We never hide it.
Only people with a sidrerias.ws account can review: we do not copy reviews from other websites or buy them. You can reply to each one as the official account.
If you’d rather not appear, we take it down and don’t publish it again.
Frequently asked questions
Nothing. The listing is free for cider houses in the Basque Country and for cider makers, and it always will be. The Kupela and Txotx plans are optional.
Cider houses (sagardotegiak) in Álava, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Navarre and the French Basque Country (Iparralde), and anyone who makes their own cider, with or without a cider house: llagares, cellars and cider mills that sell, open for visits or hold espichas (cider-tasting feasts), in Asturias and Galicia too.
You don’t have to, but it’s worth creating your professional account: that way we know it’s you and deal with your changes first. In the sign-up form, look for your cider house in the list.
Tell us from the professional area or by writing to kaixo@sidrerias.ws and we’ll correct it. We review every change before publishing it.
Yes, very soon. When we open reviews, you will see the ones your page receives in your professional area and be able to reply to each of them on behalf of your cider house, marked as an official reply. Your account must be verified. You will not be able to delete or change reviews, but you can report those that break the community guidelines.
No. Your listing shows your phone number, email and website, and customers book with you. We don’t charge commission of any kind.
Choose the plan and create your professional account, or write to us at kaixo@sidrerias.ws. We’ll send you the terms and the invoice, and as soon as it’s paid we’ll activate it. Plans are yearly.
You appear ahead of listings without a plan in the lists for your town, your territory and every filter. If a list has several featured listings, those with a photo and description come first, then by name. The cider house of the week is chosen each week from the featured listings with a photo and description.
You don’t need one: your listing has everything people need to find you and call you. And if you’d like one, sidrerias.ws is made by Factor Ideas, an agency in San Sebastián: write to us at kaixo@sidrerias.ws and we’ll send you a proposal.
Yes: which ciders you make, your quality labels (Euskal Sagardoa, organic…), whether you open for visits and where to buy them, including any online shop. You also appear in the cider makers section.
The website is in Spanish, Basque, English and French, and your listing appears in all four: we translate it. If you have your own texts in any of those languages, send them to us and we’ll use yours.
