A week in November when bars and restaurants across Gipuzkoa put cider at the centre of the table: guided tastings, cider-paired menus (including at Michelin-starred restaurants), bar pintxos with cider, special aperitifs and ciders from other countries for sale. It is organised by Sagardoaren Lurraldea, the Astigarraga-based association that promotes cider culture, and brings local ciders onto the same menu as those made in Brittany, Italy, Germany or Scandinavia.
