The txotx was opened by the founding members of Mendieta, which was turning 40.
About the event
A kupela (cask) in the square, txotx (cider poured straight from the cask) at midday, stalls with crafts and local produce, and a meal with cheese, anchovies and txuleta (rib steak). To try the cider you need to buy the festival glass.
