About Elutxeta cider house
Elutxeta cider house was set up in 1982, initially to meet demand for cider from the neighbouring farmhouses. Over the years, after several refurbishments and major investment in modern technology, it opened up to the general public, who can enjoy it all year round. The apples it uses are its own, as it has some 2,000 apple trees, and from farmhouses in the area, although in years of poor harvest apples are brought in from Galicia, Asturias or France. It produces around 60,000 litres a year.

As well as a cider house, it’s a cider maker: it makes its own cider, and what’s served at the table comes from its own cellar.
