About Oianume cider house

Oianume, with deep roots in making cider for its own consumption, opened its doors to the general public in 1992. The apples used for its cider come from farmhouses in the area, topped up with apples from various places such as Galicia, Asturias or France. It produces around 60,000 litres a year, much of which is drunk in its main business, the restaurant.

Since 1992 the Iribar family has sold the cider it makes under the name of the family farmhouse, Oianume.
