About Goikoetxea Sagardotegia
A seasonal cider house at the Aroztegi farmhouse in Lizartza: it opens only during the txotx season (when cider is drunk straight from the cask), seats 120 people and serves cider from ten stainless steel kupelas (casks). The company that runs it, Goikoetxea Sagardotegia, makes and sells cider as well as operating in hospitality.
