About Zalbide cider house
The Zalbide cider house stands at the foot of Mount Txindoki and began making cider in 1992. It is on the road linking Abaltzisketa with Larraitz.
The family made cider at the farmhouse for their own use long before opening the cider house, and still makes it beside their apple orchards.
