The apple-pressing festival at the Abbadia estate in Hendaye. The apples from the conservation orchard are picked beforehand in auzolan (community work), with volunteers and local schoolchildren, and on Sunday they are pressed in front of the Nekatoenea house so visitors can taste the juice straight from the press. Around it, a family afternoon of workshops, shows, txalaparta (Basque percussion), talo (corn flatbread) and local produce.
