About the event
In October, the Igartubeiti Farmhouse Museum, a 15th-century farmhouse with its own cider press between Ormaiztegi and Zumarraga, sets its press to work: it is the only time of year when you can watch apples being pressed the traditional way in the farmhouse and help draw the juice that, months later, will be cider. With guided tours, kirikoketa (pounding the apples rhythmically with wooden poles), theatre, trikitixa music and exhibitions.
