About Kuartango cider house
Sidrería Kuartango is not just any cider house. We are a small cider house where we make natural cider within the parameters of the Basque Country Designation of Origin, 100% natural organic apple juice with no additives of any kind, and apple vinegar of the same quality. We also aim to innovate and create, and as a result of this work we make: Kuartango Su Sagardoa fire cider: winner of 3 consecutive gold medals at the Salón Internacional de Sidras de Gala (SISGA) held in Asturias, achieving the top score and PREMIUM recognition in 2021. Callabocas: an apple heart with a beer soul. A cider beer, awarded 1 bronze medal, that will not leave you indifferent. Sagartxo: a low-alcohol cider and lemon refresher, awarded a bronze medal. Vermouth with natural cider: a new concept to be launched in 2022 We are located in the former Kuartango spa.

As well as a cider house, it’s a cider maker: it makes its own cider, and what’s served at the table comes from its own cellar.

Quality labels
- DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only apples of local varieties grown in Álava, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and the French Basque Country. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
