“Euskaraz dastatu” (“Taste in Basque”): on the first Saturday of October, as part of the …eta kitto! Jaia, Untzaga fills up with cider from Gipuzkoa’s cider houses, chorizo and cheese pintxos, kirikoketa (rhythmic log-chopping with axes) and a working cider press. Some seventy people organise it in auzolan (community volunteer work).
