About Arizia cider house
We are a family from Zarautz who have been making cider for more than 30 years. Keeping up with the times, we now also make our own cider vermouth, Edabe, and mix cocktails with and without alcohol, such as the apple Shrub, a cider-flavoured cocktail that everyone can enjoy.
The cider house sits on a hill in Zarautz, surrounded by our apple trees, with views over the town, the mountains and the sea. We make the cider in our own cellar from apples grown in our own orchards, and we are open all year round.
Here cider is enjoyed at your own pace: every guest can get up, go to the kupela (cider barrel) and pour whenever they like.
Choose between the cider house menu, à la carte or snacks on the terrace, with our cider or our cider vermouth. Arizia cider can also be bought in boxes of six bottles from the online shop.
