The cider of Arizia, in the Aitze neighbourhood of Zarautz, made from apples from its own orchards. The house says those apples are organically grown and that the cider is made without additives or artificial processing.
The online shop sells it in cases of 6 bottles; for larger quantities, the cider house offers a better price by phone or WhatsApp. It is also the base of Edabe vermouth, which is 80% Arizia cider.
