About Zelaia Gorenak
The natural cider of Zelaia, in Hernani, with the Gorenak quality seal. The house only sells certified ciders, and every batch has to pass the official tasting panel at the Fraisoro laboratory.
The shop sells it in cases of 6 and 12 bottles. It has a black label with gold lettering and is served cool, poured from a height.

Its quality labels
- Gorenak Collective mark of a group of Gipuzkoa cider houses (Sagardo Mahaia), created in 2011, for bottled natural cider only. Every batch is tested at the provincial Fraisoro laboratory. It does not certify where the apples come from. You can tell it by the black capsule.
