A cider made the old way: it finishes fermenting inside the bottle, with no added sugar, liqueur or sulphites, and that is how it gets its natural sparkle. Zelaia calls it NatPet, after the pet-nat (pétillant naturel) of the wine world, and has given it a colourful label unlike the rest of the range.
It is sold in cases of 6 bottles. Serve it cold and open it carefully, as it is under pressure.
