About Zelaia NatPet con fruta
Zelaia’s NatPet in three fruit versions: mango, raspberry and lime, and raspberry. The base is the house NatPet, a cider that finishes fermenting inside the bottle by the ancestral method and gets its sparkle that way; the difference is that here the apple ferments together with the fruit pulp.
The mango one is tropical, with hints of pineapple; the raspberry and lime, red berries with a citrus, slightly bitter edge; the raspberry, rounder, with lactic notes. All three have a creamy sparkle, 6 % ABV and a 75 cl crown-capped bottle, each with its fruit drawn on the label. Serve them cold and open them carefully, as they are under pressure. The cider makers’ association shop sells them by the bottle, all three at the same price.
