About Ulanzo

Ulanzo is Trebiñu’s special cider, served as a hopped cider on its tasting menu. It starts from a cider aged in wooden barrels, to which the house adds juice and bubbles; the shop describes it as bittersweet, with a fine bead.

It comes in a small dark-glass bottle with a crown cap and a pale green label, at 6 % ABV.
