About Trebiñu Izotzezko Sagardoa

Trebiñu’s ice cider is made from selected errezil apples. The must is frozen and thawed twice to remove water and concentrate it; it then ferments, and at around 9 or 10 degrees it is filtered and pasteurised.

It turns out golden and bright, sweet, with a strong baked-apple flavour and a long finish. It comes in a slender 35 cl bottle, to serve chilled with dessert or cheese.
