About Oiharte Izotzezko Sagardoa

Oiharte’s ice cider is made from selected errezil apples: the must is frozen and thawed twice to concentrate it, without water, and left to ferment; when it reaches 9 or 10 degrees it is filtered and pasteurised.

It turns out bright gold, sweet on the palate, with a long-lasting baked-apple flavour. A cider for the end of a meal, in a wide bell-shaped bottle quite unlike the natural cider one.
