About Zapiain Bizi-Goxo 2017

Zapiain’s ice cider, a single-variety cider from Errezil, a late-ripening apple. It concentrates the fruit’s own sugar without losing acidity, giving a cider that is sweet and sharp at the same time. This one is from the 2017 harvest.

It comes in a 50 cl bottle. Like other ice ciders, it is drunk cold and in small amounts, with dessert or cheese.
