About Bordatto Bihotz 2016

Bihotz (“heart” in Basque) is Bordatto’s “double cold” cider, in other words its ice cider, from the 2016 harvest. It is 10.5 % ABV and comes in a 50 cl bottle.

The shop gives no further details and in October 2026 it is listed as sold out. Like any ice cider, it is drunk cold and in small amounts, with dessert or cheese.
