About Bordatto Basajaun 2024

Basandere’s dry partner: a brut cider from fifteen local varieties (Ondo Motxa, Eri Sagarra, Anisa, Gordin Xuri, Minxuri, Patzulua…), pressed separately and fermented for about four months in steel tanks, with work on the lees. Like a pet-nat, it finishes fermenting in the bottle and gets its sparkle there, with nothing added. 7 % ABV.

It has aromas of nuts and a slightly bitter finish. Serve it at about 7 °C with cured meats, nuts or chestnuts; it can be kept for six to eight years.
