About Petritegi Aparduna Extra Seca

The less dry Aparduna. It follows the same traditional method, with second fermentation in the bottle and disgorgement after 15 months on the riddling rack, but keeps a touch of sweetness that balances the acidity of the cider apples. On the nose it recalls apple compote and pastry. 7 % ABV.

It is served at 9–10 °C, poured slowly into a slightly tilted glass. It won gold at the International Gala Cider Fair (SISGA) in Gijón in 2024.
