An alcohol-free cider that skips the filter: it is fermented like a natural cider, the alcohol is removed afterwards, and it keeps its straw colour and cloudiness. It comes from a blend of 15 cider apple varieties. 0.0 % ABV.

On the palate it starts sharp and finishes with a gentle bitterness. Petritegi suggests it with shellfish, white fish such as hake or cod, rice dishes or young cheeses, and recommends serving it at 10–13 °C.
