About Petritegi Aparduna Brut Nature

A traditional-method sparkling cider: second fermentation in the bottle and disgorgement after 15 months of ageing on the riddling rack. Petritegi makes it with native apples (Goikoetxe, Txalaka, Manttoni, Mozolua, Urtebi Haundi, Moko…), reviving a style of cider that was already bottled in Gipuzkoa in the late 19th century. It is brut nature: dry, with light acidity and 7 % ABV.

It is served like any sparkling wine, at 9–10 °C, poured slowly into a slightly tilted glass. Good as an aperitif or for a toast.
