About Petritegi Gorenak
Petritegi’s everyday natural cider, with the Gorenak quality seal. It is made by blending cider apples from different sources, in the traditional way, and aims for a balance between light acidity and gentle bitterness. It is 6 % ABV and unfiltered.
The bottle has a pourer cap, so it can be served from about 30 cm without pouring by hand. Petritegi suggests turning it upside down and shaking it before opening so the sediment is spread through, serving it at 10–13 °C and drinking it within 15 months of bottling.

Its quality labels
- Gorenak Collective mark of a group of Gipuzkoa cider houses (Sagardo Mahaia), created in 2011, for bottled natural cider only. Every batch is tested at the provincial Fraisoro laboratory. It does not certify where the apples come from. You can tell it by the black capsule.
