About Aburuza Sidra Natural Espumosa

Aburuza’s sparkling cider, made by the ancestral method: the fizz forms in the bottle from what the apple itself provides, with no added sugar or yeast. That is why it has less pressure than other sparkling drinks, a fine bubble and a direct fruit flavour, without long ageing.

It won the sparkling category at the 24th Cider Competition of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa in 2025. A limited edition; for an aperitif or a toast, well chilled and in a flute.
