About Aburuza Sidra Natural

The house natural cider, made by Aburuza in Aduna from a blend of sharp, sweet and bitter apples. No sugar is added and its light sparkle comes from fermentation alone; the cellar has it tested at the Fraisoro laboratory before bottling.

It does not carry the designation of origin seal, which makes it the simplest bottle in the range: an everyday table cider, served in a wide glass, a little at a time and poured from a height, as at the txotx (cider drawn straight from the cask in the cider house).
