About Saizar Gorenak

Saizar’s flagship natural cider, from Usurbil, with the Gorenak quality seal, which involves analysis at the Fraisoro laboratory and tastings with the participation of the HAZI foundation. During production they watch the ripeness of the apples and when they are picked, and check the sugar and acidity of the must.

It is sold in 75 cl bottles, in cases of 6 and 12 or a gift box of 4, and also in small bottles, in cases of 12. A natural cider for pouring from a height and drinking with a meal.

Its quality labels

  • Gorenak Collective mark of a group of Gipuzkoa cider houses (Sagardo Mahaia), created in 2011, for bottled natural cider only. Every batch is tested at the provincial Fraisoro laboratory. It does not certify where the apples come from. You can tell it by the black capsule.
