Añota’s Euskal Sagardoa: natural cider from Azpeitia made only from local Basque apples and backed by the designation of origin, which puts every cider through lab and tasting checks before granting the seal.

For anyone who wants the house cider with a guaranteed origin. Serve it cool, in a wide glass, ideally just opened.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
