About Saizar Gorenak Gourmet
Saizar’s cider made only with apples from its own orchards, with a stricter selection during production. It also carries the Gorenak quality seal, with its analyses and tastings.
It is sold in cases of 12 × 75 cl bottles. The house bottle for anyone who wants to taste what Usurbil apples give on their own, without fruit bought in from elsewhere.

Its quality labels
- Gorenak Collective mark of a group of Gipuzkoa cider houses (Sagardo Mahaia), created in 2011, for bottled natural cider only. Every batch is tested at the provincial Fraisoro laboratory. It does not certify where the apples come from. You can tell it by the black capsule.
