About Lizeaga Euskal Sagardoa

Lizeaga’s cider with the Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin: natural cider from native apples that has passed the DO’s analyses and tasting. Black label, with the DO mark in one corner, and a red capsule.

Serve it cool and poured from height; it is the house’s everyday cider with the seal.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
