About Lizeaga Premium

Lizeaga’s Premium is a Euskal Sagardoa DO cider that, besides meeting the designation’s requirements, scored highly in the organoleptic examination, the tasting. On the outside, the gold capsule sets it apart from the house’s standard DO cider.

A natural cider from native apples to serve cool and poured from height, and to compare at the table with the usual DO cider.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
