About Ordo-Zelai Sidra Natural

The natural cider Ordo-Zelai bottles in Oiartzun with apples from its own orchard and from nearby farmhouses. It is natural cider in the strict sense: fermented apple must with no added gas, water or sugar, which is why it leaves a sediment at the bottom of the bottle that takes nothing away from it.

The label recommends serving it at about 12 °C. It is poured from a height into a wide glass, a little at a time, so that it breaks and releases its carbon dioxide, and it goes well with a meal.
