About Ordo-Zelai cider house

Ordo-zelai cider house was founded in 1993 as a natural cider maker. However, it was not until 1996, after various improvements to its facilities, that it opened its doors to the public for the txotx season. The cider house has an orchard of some 600 trees. Its annual output is around 60,000 litres of cider.

Ordo-Zelai makes natural cider with apples from its orchard and from farmhouses in the area, as well as organic apple juice, and sells them in its online shop.
