About Gurutzeta Euskal Sagardoa Premium

The Premium is Gurutzeta’s selection within the Euskal Sagardoa DO: native varieties and, according to the house, a very fruity, fine and elegant cider, which it recommends with fish. 75 cl bottle, 6% ABV; the gold capsule sets it apart.

It is only sold in boxes of six bottles.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
