About Zelaia Euskal Sagardoa Premium

The Premium label of the Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin is reserved for the batches with the best tasting scores. This is Zelaia’s, with a gold label.

It is sold in cases of 6 and 12 bottles. The house bottle for a special meal, served cool.

Its quality labels

  • DO Euskal Sagardoa Designation of origin for natural Basque cider: only local apples from registered orchards in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, not pasteurised and with no added gas. The French Basque Country joins through the cross-border PDO, pending in the EU. The seal goes on each bottle, not on the cider maker.
