About Otsua-Enea cider house
Founded in 1987 by the Etxeberria brothers, it carries on the traditional cider making the family has known for years. Located in Hernani’s well-known cider house area, it keeps to traditional methods while using today’s technology. It currently produces around 100,000 litres of cider a year.

As well as a cider house, it’s a cider maker: it makes its own cider, and what’s served at the table comes from its own cellar.
