What it is like

A workshop on making cider the old way, suitable for children. You pick apples off the ground with the kizkia (a pointed stick) and a basket, carry them to the presses and make the cider by hand, with a crusher and a manual press. At the end you taste the freshly pressed must and sit down to eat: the txotx menu for adults and a junior or children’s menu for the little ones.

It costs €69.50 per adult, €64.90 for ages 14 to 17 and €37.75 for ages 4 to 13; for under-4s, ask. Minimum four people. Run in Spanish, Basque or English.
