What it is like

A horizontal tasting of about 40 minutes featuring the latest from the Petritegi cellar: the natural cider with Designation of Origin, Aparduna 1526 (a sparkling cider with a second fermentation in the bottle), Petri de brindar, a young, sweet, low-alcohol cider, and a surprise product. The meeting point is the shop opposite the cider house’s main entrance.

Then comes the cider house menu with txotx (cider poured straight from the cask) in the cellar, about two more hours. It costs €60.50 per person, adults only, in groups of 2 to 14, and is run in Spanish, Basque or English. For a private tasting at another time, ask for a price.
