About Oiarbide cider house
Oiarbide cider house has been making cider for more than 100 years; back then the grandfather, Francisco Zabalegi, was already producing it. Today, after major refurbishments, the same Zabalegi family, headed by Sebastián, carries on the tradition. Depending on the harvest, the apples used for the cider are largely home-grown. They produce around 100,000 litres of cider a year.
Oiarbide makes its cider the traditional way and sells it at the cider house all year round.
