About El Cabañón
El Cabañón is a cider bar and grill in Naves, in the municipality of Llanes, on Plaza Iyán. It occupies a restored old country house built around a cider cellar of some 100,000 litres, according to the Llanes tourist office, which lists it in its guide as “Sidrería El Cabañón de Vegastur”.
The decor is rustic, with wood, plants, barrels and cider-related objects. The house serves cider from its own llagar (cider mill) and food centred on grilled meat, especially rib steak (chuleta), along with seasonal vegetables and traditional Asturian dishes.
It opens every day for lunch and dinner, and bookings are made by phone.
