About Iparragirre Sageztia
Sageztia is a cider-mead: a drink fermented from apples and honey, both local and organic, with which Iparragirre steps outside the house’s natural cider. The honey ferments together with the must, so the result is a different drink with its own flavour.
The label, an engraving of apple blossom over a honeycomb, makes it clear what it is. This is the large bottle of the Sageztia family, which also includes a small bottle and a sparkling version.
