About Iparragirre Sagezti Aparduna

Sagezti Aparduna is the sparkling version of Iparragirre’s cider-mead: local organic apples and honey, with a second fermentation in the bottle lasting eight to ten months. It pours clear, with plenty of fine bubbles.

The house recommends serving it cold, in a wine glass. Given the time it takes and its price, it is the special bottle of the Sageztia family.
