About Iparragirre Sidra Natural

The natural cider of Iparragirre, the house in Osinaga, Hernani, that signs its labels “since the 15th century”: fermented cider-apple must with no added gas, water or sugar. It does not carry the DO seal; it is the house’s traditional natural cider. 75 cl bottle, 6% ABV.

Serve it cool and poured from height, a little at a time, as at the txotx.
